Manufacture
Design
To ensure high volume production and high quality precision door parts we design using industry standard software (AutoCAD, Punch 5, ArtCAM and SolidWorks) and manufacture using specialized CNC milling, steel punching and bending machinery. All our engineers are qualified at masters level or above.
Manufacture / Fabrication
All manufacturing operations follow specified process and each operator uses a touch-screen to record progress. The overall manufacturing process is monitored and controlled using purpose build software that integrates data on product manufacturing completion. This system provides flexibility for manufacture of large quantities of different security products.
Use of industrial manufacturing Japanese punch and bending machines enables us quickly to produce large quantities of high quality door steel structures. A well organised workplace makes it easy to maintain high manufacturing process standards.
Finish
Use of industrial manufacturing robots enables us to produce large quantities on time while ensuring that the door design that you approved is produced to the highest standard. Because of this technology modification to door design can be quickly implemented and replacement parts are interchangeable and completely compatible with your existing door.
The inner structure of all our security doors is designed so that insulation sheets can be placed throughout the entire door. Poorly designed competitor doors usually have many inner obstructions which prevent complete installation of insulations sheets.
This causes poor sound and heat insulation. Our door assembly process ensures excellent heat and sound insulation.
To guarantee a high quality door that meets European standards and also complies with British standards we follow a strictly planned process. Completed doors are protectively wrapped and carefully transported to storage.
